16 Degrees Support Options Our support options are designed so that you can choose a level of support that fits in with you. From free support in our forums all the way through to 'I need it now!'. Coverage of our support covers most of our products and services, and depends on the level that you choose. Below is a matrix of our support services. Response times are not guaranteed though. This free support is limited to advice only, and actual work that may have to be carried out as a result will need to be covered by an existing Service Option, or otherwise will be charged by the hour and agreed up front. There may be some out there who choose not to have the peace of mind of a Support Service, but choose to employ our help as and when the need arises, for the occasional upgrade, repair, improvement, backups/restores etc.. We have a fixed hourly rate for these services,but please bear in mind that you may need to book a time slot upto 1 week in advance.
